The Rational Band

The Union Rational Band (BUR) is a Non-Profit Martial Band, whose main objective is to promote the RATIONAL CULTURE OF THE THIRD MILLENNIUM, from the books UNIVERSE IN DISENCHANTMENT, which is a knowledge of peace, love and fraternity.

BUR brings together 28 bands throughout Brazil, totaling approximately 1,200 members, including musicians, beacons, flag-holders and conductors. These are called Rational Bands in several Brazilian capitals, such as Brasília, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Fortaleza, Curitiba, Vitória, Natal, Belém, Teresina and Goiânia.
